Things to do when I need to detox:

Things that help ground me:

  • Walking meditation
  • Weighted blanket

  • Skin touching earth

Important things to remember:

  • You deserve kindness and compassion — so offer it to yourself.
  • You deserve to be gentle with yourself, especially right now.
  • Talking to someone about what you’re experiencing can be helpful — it’s helped you in the past.
  • Writing it out can help you to achieve catharsis and experience mush-needed relief.
