Things to do when I need to detox:

Things that help ground me:

- Walking meditation
- Weighted blanket

- Skin touching earth
Important things to remember:
- You deserve kindness and compassion — so offer it to yourself.
- You deserve to be gentle with yourself, especially right now.
- Talking to someone about what you’re experiencing can be helpful — it’s helped you in the past.
- Writing it out can help you to achieve catharsis and experience mush-needed relief.
